Our Open Mat Randori Session is open to all Judokas. Held at Ringwood Judo Club on every first Monday of the Month. Few Dan Grades, Kyu Grades and Beginners attend the session. Whether you are looking to build your fitness, improve your techniques or test your endurance there wil be an Uke for you.
